As a collage artist, I've always found excitement cutting up and rebuilding the pieces that make up my world. Using only paper, glue, and scissors I reconstruct the gigantic forms of my environment to find new patterns and excavate raw textures and details. I create art set somewhere between the real and the imaginary in order to better understand the transcendent quality of nature.
